01Who we are

The data controller is the GoFeDaKo Team (Ukraine). For any question about your data, write to the contact address shown at the bottom of this page.

02What data we collect

• Google account data at sign-in: your e-mail, name and a technical account identifier. We do NOT receive or store your password — Google handles authentication.
• Order data: project parameters, messages and contact details you submit through the calculator or order form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and a session cookie — needed for the site to work and to keep you signed in.

03Why we use it

Legal basis (GDPR): performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b); your consent — Art. 6(1)(a); for security, our legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f).

• To create and maintain your account and client cabinet.
• To process and deliver orders and communicate about them.
• For site security and abuse prevention.

04Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: gfdk_session (keeps you signed in) and temporary cookies during Google sign-in. We do NOT use advertising or analytics trackers — so no separate cookie-consent banner is required.

05Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

• Google — authentication (sign-in with a Google account).
• Cloudflare — hosting, database and site delivery.
• Resend — sending service e-mails about orders.

06How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. Order records may be kept in anonymised form for accounting and reporting. You can delete your account and related personal data at any time (see below).

07Your rights

You can delete your account and personal data yourself from your cabinet — the “Delete my data” button — or by writing to us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

• Access to your data and a copy of it.
• Rectification of inaccurate data.
• Erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
• Portability, restriction and objection to processing.

08Security

No passwords are stored (sign-in is via Google only). Sessions are kept in a secure HttpOnly cookie and data is transmitted over HTTPS.

09Children

The service is not directed to anyone under the age of 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page.
